An Umguza man was kidnapped, stripped naked and his buttocks burnt after being accused of stealing a mobile phone. Three men Sibangilizwe Dube, 42, Thamsanqa Ncube, 48, and Zebediar Tshuma, 52, all from Billars Farm in Umguza were allegedly trying to get a confession from 23-year old Ntandoyenkosi Sibanda.
