President Robert Mugabe has been mocked in Papua New Guinea. Before jetting into that country, Mugabe was this week debased by journalists there who noted in laughter that he is the only Head of State flying in for a little known summit called the Caribbean and Pacific meeting. Mugabe is the only Head of State attending the summit.
